Accessibility

Last updated 21 May 2026

Justin Phelps SC is committed to making this website usable to as wide an audience as practicable, including those who rely on assistive technologies. This statement sets out our commitment, known limitations, and how to ask for an alternative format or report a barrier.

Standard we aim for

This website is designed to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. The guidelines are an international standard published by the World Wide Web Consortium and form a useful benchmark for public-facing content.

Features

  • Semantic page structure with descriptive headings.
  • Keyboard navigation across all interactive elements.
  • Sufficient colour contrast on body text.
  • Alternative text on illustrative images.
  • Visible focus states on links and form fields.

Known limitations

The website is designed at a fixed 1440 pixel canvas. On smaller viewports the layout will scroll horizontally rather than reflow. A responsive layout is in development.

Some imagery on the site, such as the chambers banner photography, is decorative and not described in detail by assistive technology.

If you would prefer information from this website in another format, including large print, plain text or a printed document, please contact the clerk on clerk@caribbean.law or +1 (868) 627-2463. We will respond within five working days.
